“We are in the US Army Corps of Engineers compound in Kabul.  The man on the right graduated from WKU in May of 1980 and saw me holding the flag when he walked up and asked what was going on that we had his school flag.  I explained to him I was getting my degree in May next year and he explained his attachment.  His name is George Triggs.  Small world.” –Mr. David Waldeck
